Deliveries are made curbside unless otherwise arranged. This means the pergola will be delivered to the nearest accessible point at your property.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitable access for delivery (driveways, gates, height restrictions, etc.).

UK Mainland: Free standard delivery on all aluminium pergolas when you spend over £500.

Accessories: Shipping calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
Order Inspection
Please inspect your pergola and accessories upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, contact us immediately at sales@pergola2go.com with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Missed Deliveries & Redelivery
If no one is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time, a redelivery fee may apply. We recommend arranging for someone to be present during delivery.
