What “kerbside delivery” means

Kerbside delivery brings your pergola to the nearest safe point at the boundary of your property (for example, the pavement or driveway). If there is clear and safe access, our driver may leave the pergola in a designated safe place (driveway, carport, or front garden) — at driver’s discretion.

Note: Our delivery team does not carry items into your garden/home or assemble products. You’re responsible for moving the pergola from the delivery point to its final position.

Helpful tip: Pergola boxes are large and heavy—please arrange two capable people to receive and move the goods.
