What “kerbside delivery” means

Kerbside delivery brings your pergola to the nearest safe point at the boundary of your property (for example, the pavement or driveway).

If there is clear and safe access, our driver may leave the pergola in a designated safe place (such as a driveway, carport, or front garden). Please note this is at the driver’s discretion and must not present any safety risk.

Our delivery team does not carry items into your garden, home, or assemble products. You’ll be responsible for moving the pergola from the delivery point to its final position.

Helpful tip: Pergola boxes are large and heavy—please arrange two capable people to receive and move the goods.

Delivery timeframe

Orders are delivered in approximately 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday). You’ll select your delivery address at checkout; deliveries are made during standard daytime hours.

On the day of delivery

• Ensure there is clear access for a delivery vehicle to safely stop at the property boundary.

• If you’d like items left in a safe place, ensure it is clearly accessible and secure.

• Have help ready to move the boxes if you are receiving them in person.

• Inspect the packaging before moving the items. If anything looks amiss, do not assemble and contact us.

No—deliveries are Monday to Friday.

Will the driver carry the pergola to my garden or assemble it?
No—this is a kerbside-only service. At the driver’s discretion, items may be left in a safe place with clear access. The service does not include room-of-choice, placement, assembly, or removal of packaging.
